Shipping Hours / Destinations
Orders are shipped from Quantum's warehouse in Eugene, Oregon Monday through Friday. Orders will only be shipped to customers in the United States including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Orders to HI, AK, and PR will be mailed USPS. We do not ship internet orders outside of the United States. Internet Return / Refund Policy
At Quantum, there is nothing more important than making sure you are satisfied. You can return any product for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective

Store Return / Refund Policy
Returning to Stores: If you purchased a Quantum Health product at a store, you must return the product to the store where it was originally purchased.
