Long Flights and Swollen Legs

378 billion cigarettes were sold in the United States in 2005, the lowest number since 1951. Cigarette sales in the United States dropped 4.2 percent from 2004 to 2005.  Reynolds American Inc. and Lorillard Tobacco Co., both Triad companies, together account for more than a third of all the cigarettes sold in the USA.
